15 Days Easy Exchange and Return:
Online Purchase (swimwear & final sale excluded) are valid for exchange and return within 15 days from the date your order was delivered. Our return center is in China.
Simply follow the instructions, and submit a request for return/exchange in your order page and we will try our best to meet your request.
Return & Exchange Condition
- Please contact us within 15 days starting from the day you receive your order.
- Return shipping fees are at customers' own expense.
- Final sale products, swimwear, jewelry are not covered by warranty.
- Returns must be received in new condition, unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered in any way. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, deodorant, perfume or stains will be subjected to refusal.
- Any addresses on the parcel is not approved as return address. Returned package without authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded or exchanged.
- We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned. Return shipping cost for the returned packages are non-refundable.
- After receiving your returned package, we wil issue the refund to your original payment account within a business week or ship out an exchange order within 3 business days acordingly. Normally you'll receive the refund in a week after our issuing.
- Log in your dottedgirl account to submit a return or exchange request on My Orders page.
- Our customer service will contact with you in 24 hours after return/exchange request approved.
- Ship the return package to our warehouse and submit the return shipping tracking information(tracking number & delivery company) on our website.
- Refund or exchange will be issued in one week after we receive you returned package. A confirmation email of refund or exchange will be sent to your email box
Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 15% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order have already been shipped.
